Car Seat Inspection Stations

Organizations Throughout the St. Louis Metro Area Install Car Seats

Appointments are required for this public service. Some departments only provide this service to residents of their district, see "residency requirement" section for more information.

Child safety seats, when correctly installed and used, can prevent injury and save lives. The following Safe Kids St. Louis member organizations have staff trained to install and check child safety seats.

About Safe Kids St. Louis

Safe Kids St. Louis works to prevent unintentional injuries to children from birth to 18 years old through public awareness, advocating for public policy changes, behavior changes through education and use of safety devices (helmets, care seats, safe sleep environments, etc.), and creating and supporting child-safe communities.

Safe Kids St. Louis is a program of SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and is located at 1465 S. Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63104.
