Biography:
Dr. Christopher Hugge is a Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the SLUCare Physician Group. Additionally, he is the director of the Pheresis Program and administrative director of the Hemostasis Program.
He treats patients for conditions related to adrenal gland and bone cancers; cancerous and non-cancerous blood disorders; bone marrow harvest; and platelet disorders. He specializes in treating pediatric patients with hemophilia, von Willebrand disease and Wilms’ tumor, and also cares for those with sickle cell anemia, liver cancer and spinal cord tumors.
Dr. Hugge belongs to the American Society of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and the Children’s Oncology Group.
