Biography:
Duncan McHardy, FNP-C APRN-CNP, is a board-certified SLUCare family nurse practitioner specializing in orthopedics at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Lindenwood University and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing. He later completed his Master of Science in Family Nursing Practitioner from Saint Louis University.
Duncan sees patients from birth to 18 years of age and specializes in congenital foot disorders, upper and lower extremity fractures, lower extremity disorders and sports injuries. He has experience in various procedures including clubfoot casting and percutaneous, Achilles tenotomies following the Ponseti Method, fracture reduction, splitting, casting and percutaneous pin removal and Botox injections for neuromuscular spasticity.
My goal is to provide patient and family focused medical care in collaboration with other healthcare providers to facilitate full participation in the patient’s desired activity.
