Saturday Childbirth Preparation

Expectant parents will learn tools and techniques in this interactive class in preparation for a positive birthing experience. You'll learn about the labor and birth process, including relaxation and breathing techniques used during labor, as well as what to expect after delivery. You will also learn about some important information regarding care of a newborn. Dress comfortably, and to facilitate your comfort, you may want to have a pillow.

• If you are not delivering at St. Mary's, the fee is full price.
• Put registration in the mother's name (support person is automatically registered with the mother's registration).
• The fee is for a couple or individual registrant.
