Biography:
Molly Sanders is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a child, adolescent, and adult generalist provider. She has experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, parenting issues, relationship concerns, and life transition issues. She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, residential treatment facilities, foster care agencies, and community mental health agencies. Molly has experience in providing individual, family, and group therapy.
Molly encompasses a welcoming, knowledgeable, and open approach to counseling. She taps into the power within her clients to heal and grow and assists them in meeting their treatment goals through respect, empathy, and providing new perspectives. Her model of treatment is based in on a client-centered, strengths-based approach. Molly is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a treatment that assists clients in healing from distress caused by difficult experiences. She derives much meaning and purpose from her work as a therapist and is honored to collaborate with clients on their journey towards healing.
Molly received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from UW-Madison.
