SSM Health Monroe Pharmacy is conveniently located inside the main SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group's lobby level at 515 22nd Avenue in Monroe. Our pharmacy offers all the services you’d expect – including new prescription orders, prescription refills and prescription transfers. Most prescriptions can be filled the same day. And, we accept more than 60 prescription plans.

We also offer prescription assistance for those patients who need financial assistance.

COVID-19 Visitor Guidelines

Patients are allowed two visitors at a time that meet the following criteria:

  • Must be over 16 years of age.
  • Required to cover their nose and mouth with a face covering at all times. This is without exception.
  • Inpatient patients must test negative before they are allowed visitors.
  • Exceptions will be made for compassionate care.

MedSync

MedSync is a free service offered my SSM Health Monroe Pharmacy benefitting people who take several different medications.

How does it work?
  • A pharmacist works with you and your insurance company to schedule prescription refills for the same time each month as it best fits your schedule.
What are the benefits of MedSync?
  • Synchronized refills allow for same-day pick-up and eliminate extra trips to the pharmacy. 
  • Auto-refills mean you don't have to call it in each month.
  • Pharmacist determines if you qualify for 90-day refills.
  • Pharmacist works directly with your provider when refills run out. 

MedPack

Do you or a loved one have trouble keeping medications in order? Our MedPack program helps make sure the right dose of the correct medication is taken at the right time. Your MedPack is carefully checked by a pharmacist to ensure your medications are exactly right.
