Biography:
Sarah Hackman is a board certfied family medicine physician. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL and earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, IL. She completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Hackman's practice is focused on women's health, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and obstetrical care. She provides low-risk prenatal care until 32 weeks - no deliveries.
Dr. Hackman is a board member of the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
In her free time, Dr. Hackman enjoys kayaking, gardening, downhill skiing, and refinishing furniture.
