COVID-19 VISITOR GUIDELINES

  • Masks are required at all times, including in patient and procedure rooms.
  • All entrants are subject to screening.
  • We reserve the right to modify the number of visitors allowed in a space in certain situations when it is in the best interest of patients and staff. No visitors are permitted for patients in COVID-19 isolation.
  • HEALTH SCREENING: If you are a visitor and any of the following applies to you, please do not enter the facility: flu-like symptoms, fever (or potential fever), cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, living with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 or otherwise exhibiting the aforementioned symptoms within the last 14 days.

Exceptions to these guidelines may be made for compassionate care, Joyful Beginnings and Behavioral Health patients or in other special circumstances.
