Biography:
Timothy Kutz, MD specializes in the assessment of suspected child maltreatment at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and is an associate professor at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
Dr. Kutz provides triage and crisis intervention, counseling recommendations and referrals, and expert medical assessment of suspected victims of abuse, including physical abuse, sexual abuse and neglect. His research interests include improved care for children in foster care and child abuse prevention.
He is actively involved in the Helfer Society, an honorary society of physicians working to provide medical leadership in the prevention and treatment of child abuse.
