COVID-19 VISITOR GUIDELINES

Effective Monday, March 21, 2022, we will allow two support persons to accompany patients receiving care at this location.

Visitors must pass established COVID-19 screening protocol.
Visitors must wear a face mask at all times within the facility, and it must cover nose and mouth.
